Workforce Programs

Our Workforce Development Program provides comprehensive career coaching to youth ages 16–24, both in and out of school, helping them achieve educational milestones and pursue meaningful postsecondary and career goals. Through tailored support, we offer academic assistance, GED preparation, career exploration, postsecondary transition guidance, job placement, and subsidized work experience opportunities.

Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas (CISHOT) distinguishes itself among CIS affiliates through a unique partnership with Workforce Solutions. This collaboration enhances our ability to deliver hands-on support in career exploration, life coaching, and workforce readiness.

Together, these services allow us to go beyond traditional programming—empowering young people to build a strong foundation for adulthood. By equipping them with the skills, guidance, and real-world opportunities they need, we help ensure they enter the workforce with confidence and a clear path toward long-term success.
